Victoria:  I'm fixing Daddy's coat.


Tamar:  You're fixing Daddy's coat?


Victoria:  Yes.


Tamar:  Daddy?


Aaron:  Yes Tamar?


Tamar:  Mommy is fixing your coat.  You need to say thank you to her.

Longwood Gardens visit (part 3)

These photos are from inside a very fancy treehouse and from an attempted group photo at the Longwood Gardens Visitor Center.  We couldn't get Tamar and Daniel to sit still and stay with the group, unfortunately!  In the final photo, you can just see Benji poking his head out from behind Xavi's shoulder.

Daycare Drop Off

Last week, I had to take Tamar and Daniel into Benji's school to talk to the teacher about setting up a parent teacher conference.  This made us late for daycare and the day had already started Circle Time by the time we arrived.  Tamar and Daniel didn't want me to leave so I sat with the class for a few minutes to help them transition into their routine.  The teachers were having each student come to the front of the class and use a ruler to point out different colors or shapes.  They cleverly had Daniel take the next turn, then had Tamar come and join him to "help him out" so that I could slip out of the room (but not before I took a few photos . . .).


I am so grateful that they are at this wonderful daycare AND I am so grateful that I got a chance to see what part of their day looks like.
