Vacation (more visiting Victoria's friends)

Tamar and Daniel loved being at a farm and seeing all the animals.  They especially fell in love with the two cats.  As for me, I even had a chance to practice my (long-unused) goat-milking skills!

Vacation (visiting Victoria's friends)

After the cottage, we spend a couple of days with Victoria's friends, who live on a farm.  Benji had a great time with their youngest daughter, who is almost the same age.  They jumped on the trampoline, played video games, built a castle, played and swam in the pool and in the pond, watched a movie, went canoeing on the pond, and played board games.  By the end of the visit, I think they were both convinced that the other was pretty darn cool.

It was a long trip from DC to the cottage in Canada, so we stopped overnight, then stopped at Niagara Falls for lunch to let the kids out of their car seats for a while.

After our vacation, Benji spent a week with Aaron's parents.  He had a great time but he also missed us all and we missed him!  Aaron caught this photo of the happy reunion of siblings.  --Victoria

The wagon ride took us around the property (including a working farm and an airstrip) on which the rental cottages are located.  Benji isn't in the second photo because he chose to sit farther forward with some friends he had made.
